In September 2019, artist Kathleen Urdahl donated $500.00 to both the Youth and Ecological Restoration Program (YER) and Comox Valley Transition Society.
Kathleen has been a lawyer and mediator in Toronto for over twenty years and started painting in 2014. She auctioned ten pieces of her artwork for the donations. Her parents came to the Comox Valley forty years ago and she moved here a couple of years ago. She loved the concept of YER and wanted to support the ecological work with vulnerable youth.
